One of the misconceptions concerning etiquette is that it is for the stuffy arrogant souls who feel they are better than everyone else. Nothing could be further from the truth. Civility is laying down your own personal agenda for the good of society. It is creating a happy, civil atmosphere where people feel good about themselves and treat others well. December brought us a beautiful Protocol Society event held at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Austin.

Cocktail Attire set the atmosphere for a lovely, elegant evening. Participants had a wonderful time practicing their protocol skills in a festive environment.

The next Protocol Society event will be held in March 2010.
